PVA Allowlist Error - Something went wrong while getting the allowlist. Please try again later

Posted on by 2

Hi,

Not sure if this is the best place but I've been trying to set up a PVA as a skill to a Bot Framework Bot. In Manage > Security > Allowlist,  I entered the App ID of the Bot, clicked 'Next' and then 'Save'.

The following error is then displayed:

I click Cancel, and close the allowlist, and go back into it, I now get the same error and the app is not listed or displayed.

If I try to re-add the same App id I get the following message.

Any ideas as to why this is happening or how I can begin to find out why?

Thanks

Michael.

Still waiting for an update from the support and the PVA product team.

We were able to programmatically Link PVA as a skill to Azure bot. But we still have the allowed caller error.
When we test the Azure Bot from the Emulator, we receive an Error saying that we cannot connect to the skill as Azure Bot is not allowed to call it.

Hi @michaeldresser , I have the same issue. Did you manage to get a feedback from the community, the product team or the support team?
