@alexwu2023 , Can you please explain your use case in greater detail. Are you saying that the list of choices and the value of choices are coming dynamically from somewhere? If the id of the fields in Adaptive Card is also coming from variable, getting their value in output would be challenging.
Better understanding of your use case will help. Can you share more details as well as yaml file so that I can understand it better.
