    Hi @Anonymous,

Could you please share more details about your scenes?

Could you please share more details about the error message about your trigger when the flow runs?

Could you please share a screenshot about the run details of your fllow when the trigger run failed?

I have made a test on my side and don't have the issue that you mentioned, the screenshot of my flow as below:

    Capture.PNG

When a file is created in the share folder of dropbox, the flow would run successfully as below:

Please check if you have created a file in the scansnap folder in your dropbox to trigger the flow.

Please share more details about your problem so we could provide a proper workaround for you.

Please let me know if your problem could be solved.

    Best regards,

    Alice

    Hi Alice,

I am very appreciated of your reply. thanks for your detail flow. I found the reason, when the file name includes the mess code or garbage characters, then will not be trigered.

Now it works well. Smiley Happy

    Hi, @v-yuazh-msft

I have still met some problems, for dropbox account id, if it is external user account and not related to sharepoint account id , isn't it ok?  is any restraint or requirement for dropbox account id?

    Could you please advise?

I clear the dropbox folder, delete the old files ,then it works.
