Hi there,

I am trying to create a flow to update the agenda for our meeting every week. The topics will be entered and one day before the meeting, all the topic will be listed in the agenda and sent out to the manager. The scenario works like this.

How can I combine all of those topics entered in the image into 1 agenda like:

Our agenda for meeting:

+ ddm

+counter

+ qmate okay

So far is what I tried:

After apply to each, I am now get the single value of each row. But I have no idea how I can combine all of the rows into 1 row with multiple lines:

ddm

counter

q-mate okay

Does anybody have experience with it? Your help is highly appreciated.

Hello @xnguyen7

You already have an array of all the items you need so you don't need an apply to each. You just have to transform it. You could use a "select" action. "From" is your value from "get items" and for "Map" you switch to text mode and use a formula like "concat('+ ', YOURCOLUMNFROMGETITEM)".

Your flow can look like this. (you won't need join if you use it as a formula within the email action)

Hi @Matthy79.
Thank you so much your your guideline. I can extract the topics into multiple lines. However, when I try to send out the email. The array converted back to one line. You can see details here.
I try to combine the output of the select step to break the line by using join function but it still didn't work. Can you please show me what I did wrong and it would be great if you have solution for it. Thank you again. I really appreciate it.

OK, so this is just a visibility problem when viewing the mail?

I guess since it is an html mail you will have to do some line breaks. You can do this during the join action. Just use '<br>' to join the array together.
