When task completed in a plan, auto update another task in another plan

Please help me.

 

I need to create a flow when user complete a task in a plan, call it plan1, then in another plan call it plan2 a task in plan 2 auto updated with information plan1 completed by user. Is this possible?

    you can use the trigger when a task is completed.

     

    So in below example what i am doing is if a task is completed in Flow Test Plan and i am creating a new task in Flow Plan 2 with the same title.
