Sync Sharepoint Document to other Library

I have various SharePoint librarys on different SharePoint sites.

On one site I have all our Organisation Policies, Procedures, Forms and Documents. I would like to sync specific documents from this library to other librarys on my other sites so that staff can access the Policies, Procedures, Forms and Documents specific to their sites library.

Hi @Jonathan-101

If you want to sync from List A -> List B, you can use the trigger "When an item is created or modified". If there was a change, then you can copy/replace the file in List B.

I would not recommend bidirectional sync since it will make things a lot harder.

You're right. Apologies, I misread it.

You can use the "When a file is created or modified in a folder" for the same strategy. But please note that file sync is quite difficult and error-prone, so I would not recommend using Flow to sync files.

Thanks Manuel - is there any other way to sync a specific document between different sharepoint sites?
