How to Hide or delete "Requested by ..." in the Approval emails in Power Automate

Hi,

I have created a Power Automate Flow for Approval automation.

When an item is created in SharePoint List, the flow starts and the first approval goes to one of the internal departments in Outlook. This is how it is shown in the Outlook.

Requested by is not the person who submitted the form/created the new item. It is the owner of the Power Automate flow.

My question is how to remove that requested by bit, as it confuses the approver. The approver will think if Person A created the item or the Power BI.

I want to delete the whole line which says requested by or something alternative.

Thanks heaps

You cannot get rid of the line, however, you can change who is making the request, instead of the connector login name.

    Hi,

As per your suggestion I entered the creator email ID under Requester. Now I cam getting both requested by (which is correct) and created by Power BI (Which should be hidden or deleted)

    Please suggest
