    Hi;

    Can you please describe the problem you are facing? If you would like to create a record in the case entity you can use the CDS connector create a record action and select case entity in it.

    Please mark the answer as solution if this helps.

    Hi

    Yeah sure, I have configured the flow when the case resolved in dynamic 365, Send the survey invite to the customer.  After the customer submitting the response collecting the response below action cards.

    I can able to see the responses in the output action cards( Email, ratings, comments ect..). This customer responses I need to store on the case entity in Dynamic 365.

    Thank you

    Then you will need to use update entity action and use the unique identifier of case that you' already have from the trigger of case resolved received in the first step to update the relevant case record.

    Hi

    Yes, your correct the case item identifier it's randomly changing the and there is no (item identifier) for the case entity. How to achieve this and also once the case resolved in CRM the record going to read-only mode.

    Thank you
