Hi guys. I need help to build an automated business process for a product return process. This process begins with the customer requesting the return of the product through powerapps and the quality department analyzing the complaint and then according to the specific fills the process proceeds through the areas of billing, logistics, purchases and after the entire process returns to the customer with the solution of the case, summarizing the flow follows the rules of the business. But I don't know how to make and assemble this structure. Is there a step-by-step, tutorial or video lesson that you can give me to configure this process? I would like to use power apps for interface and sharepoint as a repository of information and I believe that automation would be through Flow. Can someone help me ??
