Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

My boss has lots of conference calls which are schedule in Outlook Calendar. He gets a reminder a few minutes before the call. A few times he has miss the reminder due to being hidden under a window. What he wants to do is send an email, text message and flash some on screen. I've been looking for solutions.

I briefly looked Power Automate but couldn't find something to do it. I looked at Power Automate a while back for email from Power Apps but the emails where complicated and decided to use Azure Functions.

There is an event in Outlook VBA called BeforeReminderShow. It looks like it will work. There is no direct way to share code but I could write an installer using Inno. It would copy the VbaProject.OTM file to his Outlook directory.
