Why Do Power Platform Audit Logs Display IP Address as 255.255.255.255 for Certain Events

Hi Power platform Community,

I've noticed that in Power Platform audit logs, specific actions like CreateFlow and EditFlow display a masked IP address, 255.255.255.255, instead of the actual client IP. This seems to happen consistently for these types of events, while for permission-related actions, the audit logs do capture the actual client IP address.

Could anyone explain why certain events use this broadcast address (255.255.255.255) rather than logging the real client IP? Is this due to privacy policies, technical limitations, or perhaps certain logging policies within Power Platform?

Any insights or official documentation explaining this behavior would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
