PowerApps - Office365Outlook.sendemailV2

Office365Outlook.sendemailV2- I have a scenario that when a user clicks on the button, it triggers an email. The issue is for a particular user, when he clicks the button, sometimes the email triggers as expected and sometimes it doesn't.
But for all other users, the email triggers as expected.
Can some one suggest on how to troubleshoot this issue.

    1. You or your admin can ask that user to delete and recreate the connection in make.powerapps.com -> Dataverse -> Connections.

    2. You or your admin can check if that user's Outlook Office 365 mailbox and incoming, outgoing mail is set up correctly, if it is not correct, it may affect the Office 365 Outlook connector in Power Apps as well.
