Is it possible to build my own custom template with workflow and business automation? Any detailed information and samples on this?
Hi @ykim :
Could you tell me:
Firstly,If you want to submit flow to the template library, please refer to this link. By submitting, you give Microsoft the right to publish your template in a public gallery for use by others. The Power Automate team verifies and possibly modifies your template. If the team approves your template, it appears in the gallery of templates for Power Automate.
Secondly,If you don't want Microsoft to publish flow to the public template library and want to combine "Business process flow", I suggest you use ‘solution’ to package and export your entire solution. So if other users want to use it, just import the solution you exported.
Best Regards,
Bof
We are going to use the template inside the organization only.
So for the automation, we need to leverage the Power Automate, etc. in Power Platform? I am pretty new to the Power Apps so wondering the best practices and options for doing this.
Fyi, our applications will be very simple few pages apps with simple business process flow automation. Thanks.
I’m not sure what you mean by "template" right now.
In addition, currently in powerapp, creating applications from "templates" only supports existing public templates, not custom templates.I recommend:1. Directly open the ‘edit’ permission of the specified app to the target user.2. Package your solution into a solution, export it and distribute it to developers in your organization.
