All the lists show up here..JPGLists are not populated..JPG

If I create flow directly from the list then i can create a flow but if i attempt to create a flow directly from the flow center using one of the templates not all of the sites lists appear. In fact only one appears in the list. The pictures below are the same site. Just different flows. Is there a setting that needs to be enabled??????? OR SOMETHING? None of the flow is working the way we need it to.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

The first picture is set to Library Name, so the drop-down list shows the Library contained in the current Site, and does not contain Library in the sub site.

The second picture is the configuration List Name, so only the list contained in the specified site will be displayed, and generally only the custom list contained in the list displayed on Site Contents of SharePoint online site will be displayed.

Note that site content of the type that contains Tasks list or Events list is not displayed here.

I tested it on my side using the template "Start approval when a new item is added". The List Name option shows all the lists, as below:

Sometimes the newly created list may not be displayed in the drop-down list in time. Please try to reconfigure a similar Flow.

And if the expected list name is still not displayed in the option, you could manually enter the list name by clicking "Enter custom value", which has the same effect.

    Best Regards,
