I am new to creating flow but found that I could setup a flow to notify me when a SharePoint Site is created. I receive the error in the picture. Could anyone please give me some advice?

    @rjs125  - Try adding the GUID of your list -

    To get the list GUID - Navigate to list setting and Copy the GUID- Remove the starting %7B and trailing%7D

    Re: Error saving flow

    The "when an item is created or modified" action is for a list item, not for when a site is created. Then use the "get item" action to get the details of the item. Then use the send an email (v2) action, not the email action you've used which has lots of problems and often doesn't work.

    Re: Error saving flow

    For the site address I used .com/_layouts/15/viewlists.aspx and after saving the flow, I did not get an error. Created a new site and nothing was sent to me. Is it possible I am doing it wrong?

    @rjs125

    There could be multiple reasons for this.

    1) You dont have access to the list for this particular account.

    2) A solution. Delete the current connection and add a new connection. Click on the three dots of the trigger. And select new connection.

    3) Go to your sharepoint list. Check the link above and see if it has the same name as of the sharepoint list. Sometimes the internal name of Sharepoint list is different.

    So lets say

    https://sharepoint.com/sites/Share/Lists/ListName/AllItems.aspx

    The above is the link for sharepoint list, then see if the list name matches with the actual list. You should use the name in link in power automate

    Rest I dont have any other solutions for this.

    @rjs125

    So you have added a custom name of the list. It is not able to find that list so its not able to make a connection, thats why you are getting this error.

    When you are adding the site address, after that in list name dropdown are you not able to find the above list??

    Hey @rjs125

    The screenshot you have provided is really blurry, can you add a clearer screenshot.
