Hello Community.

I'm facing a challenge.

I use SPList, Powerautomate and Docusign alltogether.

I have a SPList with infos like email adress and Docusign envelop ID.

I would like to be able to create the following workflow.

Every X hour, watch the SPList elements, and if a Docusign envelop ID match with one that is Completed on docusign, then get the signed document and add it to the SPList Element.

But, for the sake of me and everything techy, I can't find a way to make it work.

Basically, I failed at being able to filter completed envelops.

You can setup an individual power automate cloud flow that keeps checking DocuSignfor signed or completed documents and then match them with the envelope id in SharePoint and get the signed documents. I put another one automation at first, seeking for changes and comparing ID's, as you've suggested. But I didn't know why until (litteraly) 2h ago, it worked very... randomly. And I saw the light, and tried to change the sample number... And it was the issue ! Dumb me !

This automation here is a way for me to get all the envelops that weren't taken thanks to my mistake with the first automation.

I'm both so mad at me, but it's my first automation, so I'm learning.
