Flow shared with user but user can't access the flow

Hi, I've created a flow that connects to MS Forms and saves data to SharePoint.  Everything has been going swimmingly, until I treid to turn over the project to my client.  Even though he has had the flow shared with him, he can't see the flow in the "Team Flows" tab. So I had him log into the service ID that we created the flow with, and he can't see it from there either!  Anyone have any idea what's up?  I can still see the flow on my computer when I log into the SAME ID on my machine, and the flow is working perfectly with Forms.  TIA!!

    Hey @Anonymous ,

I'm making an assumption that you provided the Flow within a Solution file when going live, correct? If so, have them look within the Solution itself and sort by "Flow."

They should be there for your client to peruse...does that make sense? In other words, my assumption is that you developed them in your personal/work org, included them in a solution, moved that solution to their production environment and then can't see them under the "My Flows" or "Team Flows" tab, correct?

No, no solution file at all - simply sharing with their Dev so he can see what I'm working on. Turned out, on another PC, I couldn't see it either, with the SAME ID!  I think I've finally determined that using Chrome profiles is the problem.  When I create one without a profile (incognito), I can see it and so can he.  So, I've switched over to Edge so I can continue to use profiles if possible.
