"Send an email" action in power automate includes banners from signature as attachments

Hello,

I have a simple flow. When i receive email it basically forwards it with all the attachments.61b87140-5058-408f-811f-ef3fc50ef3ad.png

The problem is that it converts banners to attachments as .png .gif .jpg

No idea how to exclude it. Is there a way? Thank you.

    I have tried different approach:

    In the "send an email" i still see all the signature .png files:

    Ok, i made not to send signature as attachments with condition, but now my attachments are corrupted.

    I guessed "ContentBytes" is somehow bad, but no luck changing it. 😕

    {
        "inputs": {
            "name""attachment",
            "value": {
                "Name""@items('Apply_to_each')?['name']",
                "ContentBytes""@outputs('Get_Attachment_(V2)')?['body/contentBytes']"
            }
        },
        "metadata": {
            "operationMetadataId""baeebf61-7cf9-4a72-bc42-88d93dbabef0"
        }
    }

    I've tried everything I found on google and this community:
    base64, defined content type etc

    I've tried to save attachments to SP and thought to proceed from there, but i find out that this flow corrupts files as well, so i guess it's not "contentbytes" fault, but conditions too.

                "body""@items('Apply_to_each')?['contentBytes']"

    Hi @svarcenkugelis ,

    It seems like this is by design in Outlook, please consider use the Forward an Email action instead.

    Or raise a ticket on the support page:

    https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support

    Hope this helps.

    Best regards,

    Hello, Jeffer,

    Forward an Email action is not appropriate because I need to change subject and body of an email. I will try to raise a ticket. Thank you.
