Hey everyone,
I have a scenario where my company people submit a request for a SharePoint portal creation via MS forms. I need to grab the data from the forms and automatically add that to the portal's description.
Any idea how to achieve this? Please reach out to me. Or any forums I can look into would also be helpful.
For example:
The request will be made in the name of the client portal name. as shown below.
The portal as shown below should return the value that has been fed by the user (In the below example the NAB client has to be updated accordingly.

Just to double check your requirements. Do you want to add this text to the site description (one of the site settings) or to a Text web part on the landing/home page of the site itself?
