I have a flow to do flow-ups before i send a e-mail and flagged. What I need do?

You need to move your Email outside of the For Each Loop.

Why are you looping through the Attachments? Are you trying to attach them to the Email and then send it to someone else?

"Why are you looping through the Attachments?" I do this to filter the email I want. The situation is as follows: I wanted to send an email after 3 weeks of sending an email itself. One way I found to filter which email this flow works on is by filtering by the name of the attachment sent in the first email and flagging it in the sent box

Então, o problema eu vejo se essa sua condição está sendo atendida cada vez, então ou você realmente tem vários anexos e eles realmente correspondem à sua condição, ou você apenas tem uma condição ruim que sempre retorna verdadeira e é por isso que ele envia duas vezes.

Você espera que apenas 1 anexo corresponda ao filtro de condição?

Se você entrar no Histórico de execução e abrir uma instância, poderá clicar em Aplicar a cada uma delas e verificar a condição de cada Loop e ver por que ela retornou true para a condição.

attachments are a way to filter the email I want works

I always send a type of email that comes with an attachment whose name starts with "AP-LS..."

Hi @sou_jotaa

I do understand that, but your question is why is it sending two emails. So I am trying to discover if you do have 2 email attachments, and that both match the required Condition, if so, that is why you have 2 emails.

So at this point I do not understand what you are doing in the loop so I will move on.
