According to your description, you found flow trigger intermittently which is unnormal.
I tested from my end but it works fine for me. Thus, I believe this is not a global incident. Not sure if any internal corrupt existing from your side.

Please click on ‘save as’ button to create a copy of that flow. After that, remove the old one and test the copied again.

If that’s not helpful. I recommend you can go to below wedsite and request a remote troubleshooting support.
