Edit Data Source from Template Out of Office-App

Hello!
I haven't found anything to help me with a very simple question.
I wanted to create my first Power App and use the Out of Office template. This app is in English and I wanted to translate it into German.
Starting with the navigation, how can I edit this data source here?

Hi AH-29081131-0

You should be able to select the individual Text label controls, for example "Email access" and change the Text property of it.

Hi @Nandit,

sorry when I change "Email access" it change all navigation items, because the property of it is a formula.

Now I know where the data is. There is a table in the app's collections, but I can only view the data and not edit it.

So the question now is how I can edit this table
