I created a SharePoint list for Equipment request for my company. I have a column for "Approved or Rejected' as well. When a new item is created or modified the flow is sending multiple emails continuosly until i cancel it. Can I please have a solution to this - send only one email. If its because the Approval column is updated its sending another set of email, why its sending continuously, non-stop. Can I please have a solution for it? Thank you.
