I track job progress with power apps. Each job we have has its own channel in a Team. I create a "website" tab in the channel and use a link to my power app that has a parameter that uses the search function in the gallery to auto search for that job so it's the only one that shows up so the user just clicks on the link. Easy. Now when I open the link after years of it working, I get "This app isn't working. Refresh your browser or try again later." It tries to sign me back in to O365 but the pop-up disappears after a split second and it doesn't let me sign in. Now all of my links are seemingly broken. I'm on a macbook that uses safari by default.
I am not sure if this will help you but there is a PowerApps app for teams and this is how I do it.
the thing is, for my link, the URL opens right to a certain job. The app will just open to the home page of the app which won’t really help much, so it really helps to have a parameter in the URL to open the link to a specific page in the app
