Connecto with service account in flow, doesn't work in powerapp using the flow.

Hello, I've got this scenario.

I've created a flow with a connection to Outlook 365 with a service account that its in charge of sending an email in certain scenarios.

Then I've got a power app, that uses that flow.

Is there a way to make it transparent so the app users dont need to consent the usage of outlook 365 (since the service account is used in the flow). No the users needs to allow the permission, the application works, but the flow fails.... only works if the service account is the one running the account.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Sorry for there is no any way for this issue currently, you could only make sure the running account is also the connection account for this scenes.

Thanks for answering! Just to make sure I understood correctly.

If you create a flow with a connection with account A (even setting it up with the "switch account" option) to Office 365

And then a powerapp uses that flow, when authorizing that connection it will impersonate that user overriding the initial account setup on each different user that uses it?

    Thank you

    Diego
