Rename Cancel to Cancelled

If the approval workflow is cancelled from outlook

    @Jean_9681 Sorry to disappoint you buddy but it is not possible to do what you are trying.

     

    The tense of the status changes only in Start and Wait an approval of type Approve/Reject only, where after action it changes to Approved or Rejected.

     

    There is no option to show custom text as you want.
