Flow not working normally, but works when I test it manually it works

So I created a basic automated flow that adds tasks to planner based on a new task created in dynamics 365. When I create a task in dynamics 365, it doesn't create a task in planner. But when I test the flow and choose 'I'll perform the trigger", the flow works fine. Can anyone help me with this

    Hi @vagarg

    Can you check and confirm if the flow is set to activated?

    Also, what actions and connectors are you using? Can you post a screenshot?

    Thanks

    @vagarg

    Yep. Is it on?

    Can you please try recreating the flow using the CDS connector? (When a record is created)

    Thanks,

    @yashag2255

    It is on, I don't understand what do you mean by CDS connector. Isn't (When a record is created) same as the trigger I'm using

    Hi @vagarg

    It is the same. The data of Dynamics Online sits in the CDS. So it is efficient to use the CDS connector.

    Hope this HElps!

    @yashag2255

    I tried doing that but I am unable to select the trigger. I get the following error

    "Error: Could not find API 'shared_runtimeservice'."

    @vagarg There seems to be a cookies and caching issue. Can you log out of the current session, close your browser and start a fresh session and try again?

    Thanks

    Hey @vagarg

    Can you check and confirm that the flow you are creating and the Environment that you are connecting to are the same?

    Also, did you try waiting a couple of seconds after creating the record as it might take some time to trigger?

    Thanks
