We are using the Request sign-off flow, that became available this spring, in our Teams.

Where can we see the state of this flow? It is not found in the flows owned by the person who invokes the flow.

Kind regards, John

    Hi @JohnAageAnderse,

According to this blog about Introducing Request sign-off, and approval flow that requires no set up, it says that this flow will appear alongside any other custom flow that you or others may have added to the library. So I made a test on it but I couldn’t find the flow on the flow portal either.

It seems that we cannot check the state of the flow on the flow protal, there would be a Status column on the SharePoint site with Pending or Approve/ Rejected. You could get the run status at there. Once it is approved/rejected, the status would be changed from Pending to Approved/Rejected.

I will help confirm it on my side futher.

    Best regards,

    Mabel Mao

Thank you for the reply 🙂

The Status column can only be used to see the current state/end result, but not what went wrong if the flow was interrupted or a need to investigate who was requested to sign-off on the document and has not reacted to it.

So I really would like to know where I can see the status of this flow!

    Kind regards, John
