Adding Skill to MS PVA

I am trying to add skill by creating multiple sample manifest file but none of manifest is working. I am pasting url here can someone please help here what wrong I am doing here as everytime I am getting manifest is incompatible message.

 

Here are all my manifest files.

    I'd like to second this. Did as Update your Skill Manifest (microsoft.github.io) suggested, but am now getting a "The manifest is incompatible". Any help would be greatly appreciated! 🙂
