Power Automate Region Flow Control Impacting PAD Editor

I was pleased to finally see the addition of the PAD Region / End Region Flow Control Action in the February release.  I relied on this functionality extensively in WinAutomation to manage the complexity of my flows.

I started retrofitting some existing flows with the Region / End Region construct and what I'm finding is that once I reach a certain number of regions (exact number yet to be determined), the editor starts losing specific functionality, e.g., cannot add any addition regions, cannot add comments (and I would assume other actions), cannot move existing lines by dragging up or down.

when I'm at this point and I double click on Region in the Action list, it opens the window to add text, but once I click OK, it just disappears.

Is anyone else experiencing these issues?

An additional item that I neglected to mention is that I am nesting Region / End Region constructs - not sure if this is what is impacting the PAD editor.  This was not an issue in WinAutomation.

Update on additional issues with Region / End Region Flow Control.  After installing Power Automate update 2.30.109.23075 this morning, I attempted to create a simple flow construct that would identify when the editor issues are raised.  I noted that in the prior version the 'Name' value assigned to the Region would display in the flow view.  As of this update, the 'Name' values are not displayed.  (see before and after views in the attached files).

This diminishes the value of this functionality.
