Can't use the max value for Pagination

Step1
For the get_items component , the max value for Pagination is 100,0000
 
Step2: after i updated to the max value : 100,000
 
Step3: click Save , it have error
 
May I know the root cause why it is failed?

    According to the error, it is not related to the pagination threshold limitation. (i assume you are using SharePoint - get Items action)
    you have to adjust the Top Count property (max is 5000). it should be not more than that.

    • f you set pagination = 100,000, your flow can pull up to 100,000 items from SharePoint in one run.

    • If your list has more than 100,000 rows, you need a different strategy (like filtering, batching, or using the SharePoint REST API).

    Best Practices

    • Always apply filters (OData filter query) to reduce dataset size.

    • Avoid pulling the entire list unless really needed.

    • For >100k records, consider splitting by date ranges or ID ranges and running multiple Get items.

    SharePoint actions have a license-based limit of 5000 returned rows for a Power Automate Basic license. Upgrading your account (or this specific flow) to a Premium license will enable you to return up to the maximum 100,000 rows.
