Email Notifications based on Multiple Conditions for MS Form Responses

Hi

I am trying to create a flow where when the MS Form is completed, 2 different conditions must be met before an email notification is sent. There are about more than 25 different types of combinations/pairings. For example. Q1 is asking on the district and there are 9 choices, A, B, C, etc. Q2 is asking on the location and there are 15 choices, 1, 2,3,etc.

Therefore, if the form respondent selects A1, I want the email notification to send to 1 party; if they select A2, it will be sent to another party, and so on. Depending on what was selected, the party to notify will be different.

What is the best way to do this?

    Hi @Reimi

Thank you for your reply. That is why I am exploring if I can use power automate to streamline some of these work.

You can use 'Condition' control to check multiple variables (this means answers for each question).

Also, you can use parallel branch to make multiple conditions like below, but I don't think it's a good way to use Power Automate in your case because the branch is too much.

I suggest you to consider the way to reduce the conditions if you want to realize what you want by Power Automate.
