Hi everyone,

I've been working with Power Automate for a while now, but would still consider me more of a beginner. So far I was able to find help for any problems here or somewhere on the internet, but not this time unfortunately. I hope you can help me out 🙂

Use case: I am building a document approval workflow with Power Automate Approvals. Trigger ist SharePoint - For a selcted file, where you can enter one or more approvers (Input field email).

The workflow works fine except for one thing - the teams adaptive card. The problem I am facing is, that I currently cannot post as the flow bot but only as a user due to restrictions in my organization's compliance settings. It works for me but not for people outside of my department. So I was trying to build a workaround where I can post as me (User), which works, except the response from the approvers is not registered by the flow, the adaptive card is not closing. Also I, who sent the card to the approver could also answer the card (which is also not noted by the flow).

If the approver answers the request in the email, the flow runs fine as well, only the adaptive card is not working. There is no error message, it just does not save the answer. I would like to offer both channels for the approval because some people here tend to ignore emails quite frequently... Thanks in advance for your input on this!
