Flow not getting all attachments from a Sharepoint List

Hello, fellow Power Automate users!

I recently started using Power Automate to handle some minor things at work, mostly sending emails based off sharepoint list creation, however, i noticed that very often, the flow wouldn't get all attachments from  the list, Ex.SharePoint list, with 3 attachmentsSharePoint list, with 3 attachments

•SharePoint list with 3 attachments, 25,18 and 19.

•Flow sending mail with only 2 attachments

Flow attachment detection.PNG

•Flow detecting only 2 attachments upon execution.

Did anyone have the same problem? if so, what is causing this problem, and how can i fix it!

    Hello @Anonymous

My apply for each input is the following

    for each.PNG

after this i send the email with the array as attachment.

    @Anonymous  Thanks!

The SharePoint action to list all the items, does it have a filter? or is this action suppose to grab all the items from the list?

I'm using only the "Get Attachment" to get all attachments from the item created on the Sharepoint list.

The trigger is activated whenever a new item is created inside a list, from there it gathers the attachments inside the item, add them to the array and sends them via email.

I noticed that whenever i add a new item with multiple attachments, the flow is only able to get 2 or 3 attachments at a time. The flow seems to work fine while testing with previous results, for instance, if i trigger the flow using an item with 3 attachments within it, the flow will run and get only 2 attachments, however if i go and test the result from the same trigger, it will get all the attachments as it's supposed to do.

It's some sort of bug, looks like the flow is running before all the attachments are propperly uploaded to Sharepoint.

    Hi @Anonymous

Can you try to add this after your trigger.

    it didn't work.

i am using the "Get Attachment" action, so the input that is used is body, if i use the "Get items" action, the flow will get the item name instead of the attachment name!

Here's the flow.  note: "corpo" on the apply to each input is the pt-br equivalent to "body".

I learned how to solve this problem!

In case anyone else is having the same issue, the solution is to add a "Delay" action before the get attachments, apparently the attachments on the item are not uploaded all at once, there's a small delay before all of them are propperly uploaded. so adding a "recurrence"  with ( for my case) 10 seconds give sharepoint enough time to upload all items ( time may change depending on the quantity of attachments, in my case at maximum 10 attachments).

Edit: its "Delay" action*****  thanks to @rsaikrishna for pointing out

I believe it is "Delay" action that was used. There no "Recurrence" action.
