I have a usecase where we need to inform users to change their photo if its not proper so which trigger we can use for powerautomate as of now we have built powerapps manually but this should be automated flow were user profile photos were having proper images etc so kindly advise

Hi,

I believe what you are trying to do is not currently feasible. There is no trigger based on a profile photo, and it’s unclear which parameters in the photo would define if it is a proper photo or not. Unfortunately, I can’t think of any automated solution for this.

We tried using AI features using custom object detection model by creating custom tags to determine if the images were human,nonhuman and unclear images etc .but my ask was we have displayed the results by using peoplepicker in powerapps control to check if the each user has uploaded picture as per custom object model model but then i am not sure how we can make it generic in the way where any users were uploading pictures then this powerautomate flow should be checking this as of now we are doing it in UI display app but how to make this as generic

I understand. After consulting AI, this is the idea it came up with. Maybe it works for your project.

Here’s a simplified example of how your Power Automate flow might look:

Trigger: When a file is created in a folder.
Action: Analyze the image using AI Builder.
Condition: Check if the image is human, nonhuman, or unclear.
Action: Update a SharePoint list or database with the validation result.
Action: Send an email or notification to the user with the result.

Thanks a lot.

We are actually not creating a file in folder as you mentioned Trigger: When a file is created in a folder.
but in our case user upload photo in outlook or Teams etc so in this scenario photo is getting stored in their respective users profile photo path right so what kind of trigger we may need to select for this .

Appreciate any kind of help
