Approval flow only sending to one approver

Hi,

I have an approval flow set up from the 'complete a custom action for the selected file' template. It is set up to go to a first, second and final approver however there are 3 'first approvers' as such on the list.

I have set up the flow to pick up 'first to respond' however it only seems to be sending the email to one of the first approvers?

Does anyone know why?

Thanks

    Hi @amm16 ,

I speculate that First Approver field type is Preson and allow multiple selection, so the structure shown in the screenshot will appear.

The logic in Apply to each is that the next request will be executed only after the last Approval request is completed, so this illusion arises.

You could configure Settings to adjust the Degree of Parallelism to 3 or higher so that the three Approval requests will be executed at the same time.

    Hope this helps.

    Best Regards,

Hi @amm16 Can you post a screenshot of the flow? (barring any sensitive information)
