Reminder email notification in Resurrence with 'status' trigger every 4 hours

Hi, I wanna create reminder email notification every 4 hours with Ressurence if the 'Disposisi Status' column still contain 'Wait Review' or 'SPVstatus' column still blank in Sharepoint List (optional can take 1 condition) since the 'Disposisi Status' change from 'outstanding' to 'Wait Review'. I have this flow :
