Single Tenant Teams Notification Bot

Hello everyone,
Hope you're doing well. We are trying to deploy a Teams Notification Bot. We are trying to configure it to be Single Tenant. Anyone have any idea how? whenever I update the code or configure the app reg to Single Tenant. It starts giving Internal Server Error.
