Creating a Flow for OneNote when new pages are added to a section, but for multiple Sections of the same Notebook

Hey Everyone,

This is probably a pretty easy fix but I think I am missing something. The goal of the flow is to send an email when a new OneNote page is added to any section within the Notebook (there more than 20 sections). Am I on the right track?

    Hey Levi,

Thanks for the reply! Will that email me when a new page is created in that section, or just when a new section is created?

    Hi @MikeMikerson

This trigger is triggered when a section is created in a section.
One flow is not allowed at the same time there are two triggers, I think you may need multiple flows to complete your needs.

    Best Regards,

    Levi

    Hey @v-liwei-msft

I do currently have lots of flows doing this job for me, but managing all 30 of them when a change needs to be made is very tedious. That's why I am looking for a new solution. 😊

    Hi @MikeMikerson

You can compare the number of pages by setting delay, for example, if the number of pages is changed one day before and one day later.
This method can allow you to view multiple sections at the same time, the disadvantage is that send email only after a specific time not in time.

I have made a test for your reference:

It is recommended to turn on parallelism in the settings of apply to each

    Hey Levi,

Oh that is clever, it doesn't quite fit my problem as the pages are mildly time sensitive as they contain offboarding staff information but thank you!

    Hi @MikeMikerson

Thanks for your reply, so this can only be done with more flow in comparison.

    Best Regards,

    Levi
