I currently have two separate Office 365 accounts (one personal and one business) but want to have all my calendar events from both to be centralized on just my personal calendar (even if I just see the Free/Busy time blocked out for business calendar on my personal calendar), for simplicity sake.
Is there a way to use Flow to automate a process, so that when I accept a Calendar appointment on one account, it automatically send a copy of that appointment to my second Calendar?
Additionally, if I have the account's credentials, is there a way to 'pull in' Calendar items from a Google account to an Office 365, so that the Google account's Calendar items can also be shows as "Free/Busy" placeholders in the source Office 365 account's Calendar?
Hello @onetech-it
Thank you for the clarification of your needs.
I see two options - either go with 1) just having the business calendar be the one you share with others, or with 2) a third calendar showing both your calendars busy time.
With 1) you can have the business calendar show both calendars busy time by making your personal calendar busy time always be a meeting with the business calendar. Then the business calendar will show both.
With 2) you can have a SharePoint calendar (if you have that option) and use flow to add busy time from both your personal and business calendars.
If there are other options, I hope that someone jumps in with those 🙂
Kind regard, John
The requirement is a little more complex. I want to be able to share out a my single business calendar to other members of my team, but want it to also include blocked out times for my personal calendar items as well, so that the people I'm sharing to can see my 'true' availability across both calendars, without having to share out multiple calendars to them.
So having one calendar shared, that has the blocked out times from both business and personal calendars, simplifies this.
Hello @onetech-it
Is that feature not already built-in into Office 365?
I just opened my own calendar in the browser, then added my other accounts calendar and both are shown in one calendar view.
Have you tried that?
Kind regards, John
