Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I would prefer the body of the email to have the Form questions and responses every time someone submits the form but I would also accept either a PDF with questions/responses or perhaps an Excel spreadsheet with the same. I think I have gotten close a few times as I can send an email but it never attaches the responses (except one time I got .txt file attached but it was not well formatted). Any help from scratch is appreciated! Also note there are NO uploaded files via this form, in case that simplifies things.
