Email duplicating when new message trigger in Teams

I created this flow using new message trigger in Teams wherein my colleagues would just chat the flight number and it will automatically send above email. However, it also sends the same mail "from" other users in the channel. Is there like a filtering of some sort I need to set to prevent duplicate email?

 

1 & 2 - flight number

3 - sender name << plan to use shared mailbox account will it be success? because current From: of email is coming from the flow owner.
