The Assigned To field is expecting semicolon delimited string of email addresses, not an array.

Correct,  Just change the variable type to string and replace the append to array action with append to string.  Then add the dynamic content that is the email address and follow it with a ';'. Make sure the dynamic content you are using is just the email address.  Since I see Body( in the start of what you have now it may be a lot more than just the email string.
