how to do master details(proposal, products, prices) 3 screens powerapp using excel

How can I easily create master details powerapp where I will create 3 step app, create proposal, choose products from master sharepoint list and add/ modify prices for these products and then submit or send for approval.

I have a linked in the thread, to my sample msapps for you to download and try to figure out the formula behind.

When this is clear, the rest shall be easy.

NB: The samples provided is based on PowerApps's sample and there are many approach towards creating apps, either using: Infinite Gallery, CardStack, etc. depending on your needs. Edit / New screens are important to reduce no. of screens.
