Hello,
For PowerAPPS, i did not retrieved all the colums of my sharepoint list.When I insert to data table I see all my columns.But, when I insert a graphic, all my columns don’t display.

Can you provide some more detail on what you are seeing? Perhaps some screenshots, formulas or errors. That would be helpful in diagnosing your issue.
Here my screenshots.
In screenshot 4, i don't see all fields that are in screenshot 2. Also, i can't choose the fields "modele pc" and "style panne" in properties labels and axis.

So what are you seeing that is missing when you drop down the list of fields for your Labels and Axis?
If you drop down those lists, they should have all of the fields that your datasource has - with the exception of lookup/choice fields.
I did notice in your Form picture that you have 3 fields that are lookup and/or choice fields...those will not show up.
If you need to chart those, then you will have to AddColumns them into your chart Items and get the values on your own.
