I am having trouble getting a Freshdesk ticket to update when I update a note in Dynamics 365, I have been able to create a ticket in freshdesk by opening a case in Dynamics 365, and I have also been able to update a case in dynamics by updating a freshdesk ticket, but not sure what I should be calling here to get freshdesk ticket to update when i add a note in a case in Dynamics -it needs to be able to pick up the regarding ticket in Dynamics, I have specified a field in dynamics case which is the unique identifier of the freshdesk ticket, however I don't get the option to select this
Any help here would be great
