when a note is added in dynamics crm update a freshdesk ticket

Hello

 

I am having trouble getting a Freshdesk ticket to update when I update a note in Dynamics 365, I have been able to create a ticket in freshdesk by opening a case in Dynamics 365, and I have also been able to update a case in dynamics by updating a freshdesk ticket, but not sure what I should be calling here to get freshdesk ticket to update when i add a note in a case in Dynamics -it needs to be able to pick up the regarding ticket in Dynamics, I have specified a field in dynamics case which is the unique identifier of the freshdesk ticket, however I don't get the option to select this

 

Any help here would be great

    Hi @rojo 

     

    Try the following options:

     

    Option 1:

     

    Start typing your field name under the Dynamic Content. If the name is not showing then try option 2

     

    Option 2:

     

    Add a compose statement before the Update ticket action. Under the compose try to map the Id. Finally map the compose output to update ticket.

    Hi @rojo ,

     

    You can run Flow once to see if there is a unique identifier of the freshdesk ticket in the body of the Get record action. If there is, we can get this id and update the ticket through expression.
