Power Automate Premium AI Builder Credits

Hi all,

I've purchased a Power Automate Premium license and assigned it to a user. It's stated the license comes with 5,000 AI Builder credits, but I don't see them anywhere in the Power Apps Admin Center. Are these useable with just the Premium license or is another add-on required?

Can you check in Power Platform Admin Center / Resources/ Capacity/Summary / Add ons tile?

In my screenshot, the 7,006,000 is the number of entitled AI Builder credits. (from add-on + seeded licenses like Power Automate Premium)

You can assign them to one or several environments (in Resources/Capacity/Add-ons tab) or left them unassigned and use them directly.

Since I do not have any add-ons (just a few Premium licenses) it appears I don't have access to that.

So you don't have access to the Capacity page in PPAC, right?

But that's not linked to the fact you don't have add-ons. It's because you don't have the Power Platform admin role.

Sorry for the confusion, I do have access to it, but it shows "No add-ons purchased" where the credits should appear.

I've just tested purchasing 1 license, and it correctly added 5000 credits.

After looking at our products page, I noticed our license are the "Power Automate per user", not Power Automate Premium. Explains why we don't have any credits.
