Flow not working with Planner

Hi, I am trying to create a task within planner that is triggered by a file being created in Sharepoint. The flow does not appear to be working as the status will update to failed. I know the trigger is working as I also have set up to receive an email notification when a file is created which does work. It does not give a reason for the failed flow and I have checked multiple times to make sure the Group ID and Plan ID is all correct. Any help would be appreciated greatly.

    Can you share a couple of screenshots of your flow setup and the flow run which failed? This might help us troubleshooting the issue 🙂
