Export To File for Power BI Reports – ‘NotFound’ error when using PPU licence

Hi team,

Product / connector: Power Automate – Power BI connector  

Action: 
I have a Power Automate flow that should

1) Run Export To File for Power BI Reports → PDF  
2) Send the generated file as an email attachment.

 
Environment details
• Tenant licence: Power BI Premium Per User (PPU)  
• Microsoft 365 E-/Business subscription: ✔️  
• Workspace: PPU-enabled (diamond icon), *not* on dedicated capacity  
• Flow run ID:  d0f5c1c9-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx  
• Approx. run time: 2024-04-30  12:23 UTC
 
Issue
When the flow reaches the “Export To File for Power BI Reports” step it fails immediately with  
> Error code: **NotFound**  
> HTTP status: **404**

    404 means that it cannot find the file to export. Are you sure that groupid and reportid are correct?
    Have you tried with another report?

    Can you share a phot of the workspace that the report is in?
     
    Also, I know what your license is, but do you know what the Licenses for Power Bi all up is as that matters also if you are allowed to do this.
     
    One way to verify also is to go t the report in Power BI Cloud Service and verify against the ID's in the URL

    Are you setting the Workspace and Report parameters dynamically? If yes, from where are you pulling them? Have you tried to run this action with a different report, as recommended by @ronaldwalcott?

    If the issue was due to the license, the error message would say that. Check the input parameters for the export file action.
