Hi,

I'm one of many teachers in a school using teams and other M365 apps, and we'd like to retrieve every attendance sheets at the end of every meeting from every teacher, and put them in a common folder, in csv format, renaming them beforehand.
How can I do that using Power Automate?
Thanks in advance for your help.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having challenges with your flow. The Power Platform forums are designed to address specific issues, but what you’re asking for would involve detailed assistance with developing an entire solution. This is quite complex, and you may require a consultant to assist with the development. Given the complexity of what you’re trying to achieve and the need for automation across a large number of items, I recommend seeking the help of a consultant who can provide detailed assistance with developing your solution.

You will need to provide them with a lot more information for them to provide guidance. For example, how are these attendance sheets generated? Are they entered in some other system, paper based, etc. How will you receive them? As a file attachment, printed paper, a form submission from MS forms, an e-mail, etc. What data needs to be collected? Is the format standardized, or do they differ from class to class? And what are you asking to be renamed beforehand?

Something can definitely be done, but it requires a lot of knowledge of your process to suggest something. I'd suggest start with something small and build it as you go or hire a consultant who can offer advice.

    @David_MA :
I didn't think of it as a complex issue.
Maybe I didn't explain it correctly or thorougly enough.

    Context:
We're a school of about 200 teachers, I'm one of them (not the admin of the school though, I'm working for him doing this research).
We have two Azure tenants, one with Entra ID.
Every teacher do their classes either hybrid or full remote, as our interns/students are from all the country. To do so, every teacher open their class through Teams.
Teams has a function where at the end of a Teams meeting, is created an attendance sheet, which is visible for the creator of said meeting.
Normally, we'd ask each and every teacher to download this attendance sheet in csv format and put it in a sharepoint folder, renaming beforehand.
We would like to automate this process (of downloading each attendance sheet at the end of every Teams meeting, for everyone, and putting it in a sharepoint inside our tenant) by using, namely, Power Automate.

I've tried ChatGPT or other AI tools, but what all those tools tell me to do is not feasible, doesn't work, is plain BS. So here am I.

I thought this was very clear at first, as these attendance sheets are a complete and normal part of Microsoft Teams, and is automatically created at the end of each and every Teams meeting...

Anyway, hope it's been made clearer. And hope anyone could provide help then.

Thank you for the added information as that clears up a lot of questions. There currently is no action in Power Automate to do what you want. The Teams triggers are limited and only include the ones listed at Use Power Automate flows in Microsoft Teams - Power Automate | Microsoft Learn

I asked Copilot, and it confirmed this, and currently you would need to use Power Automate Desktop to achieve what you want. Based on your criteria and how Power Automate Desktop works, that would not be a practical solution. Here is the response from Copilot:

Automating the download of the attendance report directly from Microsoft Teams to a SharePoint document library isn’t a built-in feature. However, using Power Automate Desktop is a great solution for this task.

With Power Automate Desktop, you can create a flow that:

    1. Logs into Teams and navigates to the meeting chat or calendar event.

    2. Downloads the attendance report.

    3. Uploads the report to a specified SharePoint document library.
